It also happens when going through the menus. every 5-10 seconds my fps goes from 240 to as low as 25, my game is set to performance mode and all Nvidia control panel settings are optimized. Also preformance mode on with lowest textures, if I have high it’s constant drops. I personally stopped using DX11 and use DX12 now with low distance view.
